Tim Wang

Tim Wang is a Senior Managing Director in Investment Banking at Leerink Partners, where he advises Biopharma companies on capital markets and strategic transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Mr. Wang was a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Wang brings over 13 years of experience in biopharma investment banking. He has advised on a broad range of financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

Mr. Wang earned a B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating magna cum laude and Beta Gamma Sigma.
