Roanna Ruiz, Ph.D.

Roanna Ruiz, Ph.D., is a Senior Research Analyst at Leerink Partners covering Biopharma, Cardiovascular, Endocrine Disorders, and Infectious Disease.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2018, Dr. Ruiz held equity research roles at UBS and H.C. Wainwright. Previously, she spent two years in pharmaceutical industry consulting at IQVIA, where she worked on M&A, product launch strategy, and pricing and reimbursement projects. Prior to covering the IDECV sectors, Dr. Ruiz was a core member of the Firm’s Neuroscience team, delivering science-forward, deep-dive fundamental research to clients.

Dr. Ruiz earned a B.S. in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University.
