Mr. Kratky initially joined the Firm as an Associate focused on the immunology and inflammation space and was promoted to Vice President before leaving the Firm in March 2020. Mr. Kratky subsequently spent one year at Verition Fund Management and rejoined Leerink Partners in March 2021.
Mr. Kratky earned a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
